At Printtech Digital, order cancellations are accepted only before the job has been processed or moved into production. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been started, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. Upon approval, the order will be cancelled and any eligible refund will be processed within the standard processing timeframe.
Once the design work has been approved, printing has started, or the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be permitted. This is due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our printing services. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be applicable.
