At Printtech Digital, every order is produced with strict quality control and is thoroughly checked before dispatch or delivery. As our products involve customized and made-to-order printing, slight variations in color, alignment, or finish may occur due to screen-to-print differences and are considered part of the printing process.

Returns or replacements will be accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or differs from the confirmed order specifications. Any request for return or replacement must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality verification process. If the claim is approved, Printtech Digital will reprint and replace the product. In cases where replacement is not feasible, store credit may be issued, valid for a limited period from the date of issuance. Cash or bank refunds are not applicable unless explicitly stated.

Products that have been used, altered, mishandled, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for return or refund. Errors arising from incorrect information, artwork, dimensions, or design files provided by the customer are also not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Printtech Digital shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services after dispatch. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Returns Policy.
