Orders shall be considered confirmed only after written approval and payment confirmation.

Customers acknowledge that all designs, samples, mockups, color shades, dimensions, materials, and specifications shared are approximate representations. While Printtech Digital makes every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, minor variations in color, size, finish, or material may occur during production and shall not be considered defects.

All service specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to change without prior notice. Printtech Digital reserves the right to update service details, price lists, brochures, and promotional materials at any time.

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping charges, installation fees, or any additional government levies unless clearly mentioned. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable charges related to their order. In case of any change in tax structure or additional costs affecting production or delivery, Printtech Digital triggering price adjustments accordingly.

Payment must be made as per agreed terms before processing any order. Production will begin only after final design approval and receipt of advance payment. Printtech Digital reserves the right to hold or cancel any order due to non-payment, incomplete information, or technical limitations.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference purposes only and may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. Printtech Digital shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or factors beyond control.

All design files, creative content, and materials produced by Printtech Digital remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or usage of designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

By placing an order with Printtech Digital, the customer confirms that all content provided (logos, images, text, etc.) is legally owned or authorized for use. The customer shall bear full responsibility for any copyright or trademark issues arising from submitted content.

Printtech Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products. Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service or order.

All agreements and transactions with Printtech Digital shall be governed by applicable local laws and jurisdiction.
